2025建材行業碳減排國際論壇的致辭

尊敬的各位來賓，女士們，先生們，大家好！

第三屆建材行業碳減排國際論壇如期而至。今天，新朋舊友歡聚一堂，共話全球建材行業綠色低碳未來。我謹代表中國建筑材料聯合會，向大家的到來表示熱烈的歡迎，并衷心感謝大家一直以來為建材行業碳減排事業所作出的貢獻！

2020年9月，中國正式提出2030年實現碳達峰、2060年實現碳中和的目標。2021年1月，中國建筑材料聯合會向全行業發出《推進建筑材料行業碳達峰、碳中和行動倡議書》。這幾年，我們一直致力于行業綠色低碳發展：組織完成水泥、玻璃、陶瓷等碳核算國家標準制修訂，推動建立統一規范的碳排放統計核算體系，夯實行業綠色低碳發展基礎；聚力“揭榜掛帥”科技攻關，引導行業加強突破性、創新性、顛覆性技術的研發，以綠色低碳技術的推廣應用助力企業碳減排；我們全面推進“六零”工廠建設，并將每年的6月6日設立為“六零綠色建材日”，向社會傳遞建材行業綠色低碳發展的決心，使綠色建材生產和應用成為全社會自覺行動。中國水泥行業已如期實現碳達峰，邁向碳中和，并于今年3月正式進入全國碳市場。

我們堅信，無論國際形勢如何變化，其他國家政策如何改變，全球綠色低碳轉型的潮流不可逆轉，我們堅定不移走綠色低碳高質量發展道路的決心也不會變。

我們希望，全球建筑材料行業的同仁們進一步加強交流與合作，推動行業綠色低碳發展，共同應對全球氣候變化，讓科技創新成果為更多國家和人民所及、所享、所用，更好地造福人類。

Welcome Remarks at the International Carbon Emissions Reduction Forum of Building Materials Industry

Distinguished Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen,

Good morning!

It is a great pleasure to welcome all of you to theInternational Carbon Emissions Reduction Forum of Building Materials Industry. Today, we are honored to be joined by old and new friends alike, gathering here to exchange ideas and envision a greener, low-carbon future for the global building materials industry. On behalf of the China Building Materials Federation , I would like to extend my warmest welcome and sincere gratitude to all of you for your continued commitment and valuable contributions to the cause of carbon emission reduction in our industry.

In September 2020, China officially announced its goals to peak carbon emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. In January 2021, CBMF issued anInitiative on Promoting Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality in the Building Materials Industry, calling upon the entire sector to take action.

Over the past few years, we have made steady progress in promoting green and low-carbon development across the industry.

We have led the formulation and revision of national carbon accounting standards for cement, glass, ceramics, and other sectors, and actively promoted the establishment of a unified and standardized carbon emissions accounting system, thereby laying a solid foundation for green development.

We have launched key technology breakthrough initiatives, encouraging enterprises to pursue cutting-edge, innovative, and even disruptive technologies, and supporting carbon reduction efforts through the application of green and low-carbon solutions.

We have fully promoted the construction of“Six-Zero” factories and designated June 6 each year as “Green Building Materials Day”, to share the industry’s determination to pursue sustainability and to encourage green production and application of building materials as a shared commitment across society.The Chinese cement industry has already achieved its carbon peak as scheduled and is now moving steadily toward carbon neutrality. In March this year, it officially entered the national carbon trading market.

We firmly believe that no matter how the international landscape or national policies may shift, the global trend toward green and low-carbon transformation is irreversible. Our resolve to pursuegreen, low-carbon, and high-quality development will remain unwavering.

We sincerely hope that partners from around the world in the building materials industry will continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, work together to advance sustainable development, and collectively address the global challenge of climate change. Let the fruits of technological innovation be shared, accessed, and enjoyed by more countries and people, and let them truly benefit humankind.
